Servicenow: knowledge25
ServiceNow Knowledge is recognized as one of the largest and most influential enterprise workflow and digital transformation conferences in the world, convening customers, partners, developers, and executives to explore how organizations can automate, connect, and modernize work across IT, HR, customer service, and operations. Hosted at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, the three-day event welcomed more than 20,000 attendees, transforming the resort into a global hub for innovation and leadership dialogue.
From a creative director perspective, the focus extended beyond scale to intentional experience design, shaping networking environments, theaters, keynote overflow spaces, brand partnerships, hands-on demos, and the overall attendee journey through an executive lens. Two experiential anchors defined the environment. The Meeting Center reimagined the traditional ballroom as a boutique hotel–inspired conference hub, layering a crafted coffee bar, gallery-style entry, varied seating vignettes, and floating greenery sculptures to soften the corporate setting with residential warmth and material richness. Elevated textiles, curated furniture groupings, and spatial intimacy encouraged meaningful dialogue rather than transactional meetings.
At the pinnacle of the experience was The Executive Circle, a 25,000-square-foot lounge designed as the crème de la crème of onsite hospitality. Theatrical in scale yet refined in tone, the space featured high-end furnishings, towering planters, suspended greenery installations with floating orbs and succulents acting as sculptural wayfinding, curated food and beverage moments, breakout enclaves, and a private theater for overflow keynote viewing and VIP presentations, including addresses from the CEO of ServiceNow and special guest Conan O’Brien. Together, these environments elevated Knowledge from a conference to a considered executive ecosystem, where strategy, connection, and atmosphere converged seamlessly.
