This RFP submission was developed during the pandemic as an appreciation experience for Chanel employees based in New York, a moment that required sensitivity, refinement, and a deep understanding of brand heritage. The proposal centered on two distinct concepts, each rooted in Chanel’s iconic history, timeless codes, and unmistakable style language. Rather than designing a traditional celebration, the experience was crafted to feel intimate, thoughtful, and aligned with the maison’s elegance, blending fashion-forward activations with curated moments of connection.
Interactive elements drew inspiration from Chanel’s ateliers, craftsmanship, and modern femininity, while bespoke gift concepts were developed as elevated takeaways, designed to feel less like event swag and more like collectible keepsakes. The goal was to honor employees with an experience that reflected the sophistication of the brand itself: refined, intentional, and quietly powerful, even within the constraints of a pandemic-era world.
