The example below was developed for a new event centered on women in tech and remains in the portfolio as a reflection of how intentional brand storytelling can shape a proposal. Rather than relying on a recycled template, a common approach in RFP responses, the strategy focused on deeply understanding the client’s culture, language, and values, then translating that into a tailored creative narrative that felt personal and purposeful. Every visual, tone, and experiential detail was crafted to speak directly to their audience in a fresh context.

While the project ultimately went to an incumbent agency, the client shared that the decision process extended more than four hours, significantly longer than their typical 30-minute deliberation, because of the strength and resonance of the proposal. We may not have won the bid, but we made a lasting impact, elevating the conversation and proving the power of thoughtful, culture-driven design.
